Our trainers are committed to working with you outside of your F2F sessions to help you reach your goal, faster. We train both men and women.

We track everything from your weight, calorie intake, progress photos, measurements, daily to weekly habit tracking and much more in our custom app.

We ask for weekly training and nutrition feedback so we can help you get the best out of your coaching experience.

We set small and medium size goals for you to aim towards. Our custom app also features macro friendly meals for you to choose from.

We run FREE women-only community events that you gain instant access to. These range from minor (beach pilates) to major (gym take over) events.

Our trainers are here to answer any question you have outside of your F2F sessions. There is no more personal training session then ghosting!

Have a secondary goal? Maybe a running event? Our trainers can program and guide you to the start line on top of your primary goal.

Do you love the idea of community events but can't seem to find any that suit you? We got you girl.

All female clients gain FREE and instant access to our unique women-only community events around Melbourne.

They range from minor events (beach pilates/mat pilates) to major events (gym take overs).

All fitness levels are welcome in our community. We cater for everyone of all abilities to ensure that everyone can participate in our sessions.

MEET LARA

Weight loss of 10kg

Lara came to us for a 12 week block after not being able to lose weight for a long period of time. She tried everything, and not only found it hard by herself, but also suffers from PCOS, meaning it is hard for her to lose weight.

We focused on her macro's and ate PCOS friendly foods, training 3-4 times a week and followed our evidence based programming. She lost 10kg in 2 months! Even after been told it would be hard for her. Well done Lara!

MEET ANDREW

He came to us in August 2023 weighing over 140kg. He felt exhausted, unhappy, unmotivated and fed up with how he looked and felt. He wanted to change.

He wanted to feel confident. He wanted to move around without getting out of breath. We got to work immediately and applied our proven method. Since starting with us, he has lost over 40kg!

MEET JULIA

Julia came to us 1.5 years ago with a goal to lose some weight.

Like many others, we never took photos or tracked her weight intensely. We implemented our approach and trusted the process. 

After 2 years, we have not only helped Julia drop over 20kg, she signed up and completed her first 10km, 21km and then 42km run in Paris! She achieved more with us than she ever thought was possible.
