Our Services
Mobile Personal Training
Designed for busy professionals, busy mums or anyone who prefers a trainer come to them. We supply all equipment and can train you in-home, your apartment gym, or an outdoor location near you. You have the option to opt into just PT Only or opt into our premium online coaching on top of your sessions.
Online Coaching
We currently train people nationwide. If you don't live in our service area, that's okay! Our evidence based training model will still get you the same results as if you were training F2F. We have had some great results from our online coaching option

At Empwr Training, our fitness app provides clients with structure, accountability, and clarity required to achieve long-term success. We deliver fully personalised training programs featuring clear workout schedules, exercise video demonstrations, and detailed coaching cues, ensuring clients know exactly what to do and how to do it. This removes uncertainty and hesitation, which are common barriers to consistency and progress.
Clients can log workouts, track performance, upload progress photos, and monitor body measurements, allowing both the client and coach to clearly assess progress over time. This approach helps maintain motivation long term.
With built in reminders, habit tracking, and regular check-ins, we support clients in staying consistent even during busy weeks. Direct WhatsApp communication ensures guidance, accountability, and support are always accessible when challenges arise.
This system leads to stronger habits, improved results, and sustainable transformations that clients can maintain well beyond their initial program.

Women-Only Community Events
Do you love the idea of community events but can't seem to find any that suit you? We got you girl.
All female clients gain FREE and instant access to our unique women-only community events around Melbourne.
They range from minor events (beach pilates/mat pilates) to major events (gym take overs).
All fitness levels are welcome in our community. We cater for everyone of all abilities to ensure that everyone can participate in our sessions.
