Do you love the idea of community events but can't seem to find any that suit you? We got you girl.

All female clients gain FREE and instant access to our unique women-only community events around Melbourne.

They range from minor events (beach pilates/mat pilates) to major events (gym take overs).

All fitness levels are welcome in our community. We cater for everyone of all abilities to ensure that everyone can participate in our sessions.

Who Can Join?

Our amazing clients get FIRST PRIORITY to all events. Once those numbers are confirmed, we extend our welcome to the ladies of Melbourne to join us on the day if there is availability.

Yes! All our women‑only community events are 100% free and always will be. This isn't about making money, it's about making a change and celebrating movement.

 

Q: Do I need to be fit already?
Not at all! We welcome all fitness levels. Our instructors provide modifications and support so you always feel comfortable and safe.

 

Q: I’m new to Melbourne or the fitness world—are these events for me?
Absolutely. Many participants join to make friends and learn. Our events are a judgment‑free space where everyone is welcome.

 

Q: How often are events held?
We host smaller meetups like beach pilates or group runs during the warmer months and one major event during he colder months to held keep you on track with your fitness goals!
