Hey! I'm Dani
I'm an Ironman, ultra runner and a national athlete for both basketball and athletics growing up... but don't let that scare you! I started out in the same shoes as you. I've had top coaches along the way that paved the way for me to go on and conquer some of the toughest events in the world later on in life. I now relay that knowledge back to my clients.
 
Over the years, I have learned that fitness isn’t just about training harder. It’s about finding balance within your lifestyle, building habits that actually last. Whether your goal is an event, lose stubborn body fat, grow muscle or increase strength, the blueprint to success is the exact same.
